Early days of "NAMO INDIA"

Unexpectedly, the quite expected revolutionary changes didn't happen after the last Lok Sabha elections. Huge majority of Narendra Modi in the assembly and his hypocritical nature allowed him to make sure that no basic changes were made to the policies of last UPA government, actually deceiving the crores of voters. It is like two sides of a coin; two faces but made of the same metal. But, coming to Kerala, there are huge improvements and expectations for the local BJP leaders. Most of them, except a few like VS Sreedharan Pillai or V Surendran hadn't had seen the beauty of a media room never before. Now they are called upon for each and every issue and they are enjoying it as much as possible. Even in the national level, they got someone like Amith Shah, one who is accused as the conspirator of Gujarat riots, as their Supreme Head. In this context, VHP's decision to back out from the agitations for Ram Mandir construction in the name of their silver jubilee celebration can also be seen as ironical.
Sad to say that the Indian National Congress and Mallikarjun Kharge deserved an opposition leader title. It's not about the percentage of seats or the discretion of a speaker but it's the matter of right spirit, a government should have to follow. This decision and the motion to literally harass the congress appointed governors and thereby indirectly forcing them to resign is not a right model to have shown by a Modi government. Quoting Vakkam Purushothaman, "It's not the case of this government alone. Every elected government should try to give due respect to the governors and consult or inform them before a transfer at least". However Modi and company are properly utilizing the split in the opposition. It's always a trend that some local parties will always stand with the ruling party irrespective of their proclaimed philosophy. Rahul Gandhi's words about the mood inside the parliament really express the attitude of the ruling party towards a 44 member Congress opposition. But, he being a future leader, had to thrive in these hard conditions and he can follow someone like Jyothiradithya Sindhya or P Rajeev of CPI(M) to actually learn how to be a powerful voice for an opposition inside the parliament.
When it comes to the matter of ruling, Narendra Modi never had shown his lack of experience on an international basis. He was successful in giving an answer to his critics who were cynical about his throne and said "Gujarat and India as a whole is very different. Inviting the leaders of neighboring countries for his oath taking ceremony was considered as a huge diplomatic success. But the gimmick he had shown throughout his journey to Bhutan and Nepal, actually doesn't give any real meaning. There was news that he even had a Nepali as an adopted son and had actually conversed with the common public there in Bhutan and Nepal. A different sort of diplomacy, in fact is sarcastic. Only time can address the decision to build IIT and AIIMS in every single state as a brave decision. Chances are higher that it will result in the degradation of that brand as availing the same quality of faculty and other facilities throughout the country is not at all possible. Hopefully, the young India will be grateful to Modi for putting an end to the routine of attestation for every official procedure. Go to hell, Mr and Mrs.Gazetted officers...
Nevertheless, the Union finance budget and railway budget was a continuation of the past. Narendra Modi's strong determination or will power wasn't that much evident in the budgets. Corporate friendly budgets addressing the needs of “haves” and which are capable of attracting the foreign investment were the trend for past few years. He never made any change to that but I personally feel that India is ruled by a good set of ministers. Smt.Sushma Swaraj of External Affairs, Dr.HarshVardhan of Health and Ms.Smriti Irani of Human Resource Development, disregarding the issue of her educational qualifications had already proved their mettle. At last Indians have a strong and able leader in Modi and a powerful ministry to support him.But it's interesting to see that most BJP leaders now understands that being in a ruling side, everyone should have to behave like a Manmohan Singh on a given context. For instance, the government's stand in the case of Israel-Palestine feud and the evaluation of English comprehension skills in the CSAT exam was a responsible one. However, the strength of a good majority in the assembly is evident in the pride and cunning nature of the government as even Pranab Mukherjee is ought to behave like a puppet just to put signatures on Namo Orders!

NB:This article is not an account of right favoritism.Actually it's a general trend to criticize and find faults with a ruling party. The positives are also mentioned.
