So sorry to hear yet another incident of child abuse from this God's Own Country. Why are we not having the usual hues and cries? Yeah, there is. But some groups are strategically silent including some famous journos and people who portray themselves as activists. Maybe we cannot go to that extent as almost every second person having an account on Facebook is an activist nowadays. Anyhow, I cannot see much profile pictures painted in a particular color or picture frames pleading justice for this kid. Some are only concerned when they can give a 'savarna' explanation to a particular issue. But why would a certain group of people including the accused in this case who voiced their protest in social media after the Kathua rape and murder case now claim that this 10-year-old child was actually enjoying his sexual act? അരിയാഹാരം കഴിക്കുന്നവർക്കൊക്കെ ദഹിച്ചാലും കൊലപാതകത്തിൽ പാർട്ടിക്ക് പങ്കില്ല എന്ന് പറയുന്ന നേതാവിന്റെ വാക്കുകൾ അതേപടി വിഴുങ്ങുന്ന കുറച്ച് സഖാക്കൾ ആണ് ഈ പാർട്ടിയുടെ സ്വത്തു. ബാക്കിയെല്ലാം ഫാസ്‌സിസം ! എങ്ങനുണ്ട് ? ഇനി പങ്കുണ്ടെന്നു അറിഞ്ഞാലും കണക്കുകളൊക്കെ ഉദ്ധരിച്ച് ന്യായീകരിക്കുന്ന ടീംസ് ഉണ്ട്. അത് വേറെ. അവരെ നമുക്ക് വിടാം. നന്നാവാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാണ്. പക്ഷെ ഇടതുപക്ഷ മാഹാത്മ്യം വിളമ്പി വല്ല്യവർത്തമാനമൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞു ആളുകളെ പറ്റിക്കുന്ന കുറെ സിനിമ-മീഡിയ-കല-സാംസ്കാരിക നായകരുണ്ട്. അവർക്കൊന്നും ഇപ്പൊ മിണ്ടാട്ടമില്ല.  എന്താല്ലേ! അവരെപ്പോഴും അങ്ങനെയാ. ആവിഷ്‌ക്കാര സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യത്തെപ്പറ്റി ഘോര ഘോരം പ്രസംഗിക്കും. ലോകത്തെല്ലാവർക്കും ഉറപ്പുവരുത്താനുള്ള പ്രയത്‌നത്തിലുമാണ്.  അവർക്കെതിരെ ആരെങ്കിലും പറയുമ്പോൾ അസഹിഷ്ണുത കാണിക്കും എന്ന് മാത്രേ ഒള്ളു. ഒരുകൂട്ടർ മാത്രമല്ല ഉത്തരവാദികൾ. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ ട്രെൻഡിങ്  ഹാഷ്ടാഗ് ഒന്നും ചേർക്കുന്നുമില്ല. ആര് ചെയ്താലും ഒരു പരിഷ്കൃത ജനാധിപത്യ സമൂഹത്തിനു യോജിച്ചതല്ല. എന്നാലും ചിലരൊക്കെ ഏതു രാഷ്ട്രീയ കൊലപാതകം നടന്നാലും അതിന്റെ ഒരറ്റത്ത് കാണും എന്നുള്ളത് വസ്തു

Today Kerala celebrated its 25th anniversary of being a 100% literate state. (e-literacy and 100% primary education are recent achievements). But at the same time, few issues remain unaddressed. 1. Suicides, Ever increasing Criminal cases and Sexual harassment. 2. Death due to life style diseases and road accidents. 3. Export of skilled labor and high dependency on NRI money. 4. And there is a BIG BIG issue to deal with..environmental degradation and climate changes because of our obsession towards "development". This is not a perfect model which the other Indian states can replicate. To prove that the achievements were not incidental and Kerala is different indeed... Care is not just about KARUNYA LOTTERY. It's much more than that!

Dear Comrades, What the poet implied is a serious question which interests every professor of literature. And the way they presume or reach the conclusion is really funny. Who knows what the poet had in his mind when he took note of his creative thoughts unless he himself is explaining them. I thinks the same happens with every propounder of religion. The holy saints behind most religions never even aimed at forming or in fact they were against the formal organised system of religion. Every day we hear about some child protégé, who had done something extraordinary at their young age. But does anyone think of the mental conflicts these kids are going through? Every Human being is supposed to do different kinds of activities at different ages. The kids are actually designed to function like that from their very birth. An under growth or an overgrowth is equally bad at the end, whether it is at the physical or at the mental level .I think the children who are born to teachers  suffer the most. They are not actually taught to live their own life, but to compete with their peer groups. There is an observation that children born to inter-caste parents (or born in an inter-caste marriage) are always more intelligent than others .I don’t know whether it is a biologically proven fact. Nowadays there are a lot of prime time reality shows, which are meant to exhibit the talents of kids. The Judges’ may appear friendly towards the contestants. But that is not the problem
